In most of the cases, I have found that the conflicts arise due to the diverse nature of the people and their culture. The non-verbal communication style has the significant influence on dealing with the people associated with the global teams[1]. In this learning experience, I have learnt that it is necessary to build up the trust for conducting the business internationally. The enriched ideas gained through this learning process helps in developing the professional as well as m y personal attributes for the future prospects. Hence, I consider this learning experience much valuable. In future, if I would like to conduct any research study on managing the global teams, this experience would help me much significantly. Usefulness of the learning process The learning process generally provides the idea of the contextual ideas related to the subject matter. In this particular course on international business studies, I have gathered the fruitful knowledge about the nature and behavioural aspects of the global teams. The effective learning experience depends on the in-depth analysis of the subject matter that would be useful for the future as well[2]. In fact, the appropriate learning experience helps me in identifying the personal strengths and weakness. In this learning process, I have developed the insightful knowledge about the global competition and the effects create on the business marketers. I have understood that it is essential to build up the effective communication transparency in both verbal and non-verbal skills[3]. It would be helpful for me to gain trust of the business stakeholders for the future business purposes. Hence, I can consider this learning experience much useful for my future career and life. In this study, the discussion is mainly based on the international business aspects. It I has been observed that the differences in the attitudes, business methods, and cultures, the conflicts are the major sources of emerging conflicts. In fact, due to the language differences, it sometimes becomes much difficult to gather the trust of the global customers and associates[4]. The non-verbal communication is much helpful in communicating with the people who belong to the different cultural group. I have read some of the secondary sources, such as books, journals, articles, and websites based on the international business studies. It is true that I have faced some of the specific challenges to understand the business procedures and different leadership approaches in the international context. However, it has been a promising journey for me since I was able to develop my analytical skills much proficiently. Evaluation of the learning Business research has been helpful in many different ways. It is to be considered that the business research process is the tool for developing the knowledge and the efficient learning. The academic students as well as the business professionals often take the help of the relevant and systematic business research process. This method works as the beneficial way to understand the different issues underlying in a global business context. The identification of the issues is necessary to strengthen the analytical power for the future studies as well. It is to be indicated that the efficient business research method contributes to the market economics, which is the method of aiding the business success. I have gathered the significant knowledge to understand the competitors standpoint to achieve the business success. Moreover, it has helped me in recognizing the probable opportunities and challenges in a global context. This journey of the business research studies has created the significant impact on my futuristic approaches related to the international business context. I have understood that it is quite difficult to make the business dealings with the people who are culturally different to us. In such cases, I felt much challenging to improve my non-verbal communication skills. These assignment 1 and assignment 3 have helped me in understanding the behavioral approaches of the people who are culturally different. It is observed that their perspective values and the nature of understanding others are quite different to others[5]. Therefore, the assignments are focusing on the entire global scenario that has the significant impact on the future studies. Application of the learning in future Understanding the subject matter is the basic requirement of this journey. The observation of the international business scenario is the focus of this study.
